African Congo Gabion Bridges

The Evangelical Covenant Church World Mission has been working in the Congo since the 1930’s. The Church has helped bring supplies into the area including the Gabion Baskets you see to help build bridges. Since concrete is very expensive and hard to find in this part of the Congo, Gabions were the perfect solution to get the job done right!
